Kilpatrick. This edition was never produced as a complete New Testament. The preliminary draft of the English translation was made from the Greek by a group of missionary linguists led by Wilfred J. Bradnock and George D. Reynolds, and revised in consultation with New Testament scholars. Explanatory footnotes and a glossary were added for the guidance of translators. The diglot was designed for use by translators with only a limited knowledge of Greek and whose mother tongue was not English.
